Accessibility
Explorers should work for you, however you read, move or use a device.
Baca dalam Bahasa MalaysiaWhat we are working towards
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across the public site, learner portal, family views and staff tools. We are testing and improving these areas. We have not yet verified full conformance.
Ways to use Explorers
- Use the skip link at the start of each page to reach the main content. Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls, Enter to follow links and Escape to close menus and dialogs.
- Zoom your browser or increase your text size. Pages are designed to reflow on a narrow screen. Wide data tables may scroll within their own area.
- Choose reduced motion in your device settings to reduce interface animation. Light and dark appearances are available in supported areas.
- You can type in the discovery interview instead of using a microphone. Sample portal pages let you explore before signing in.
Areas we are checking
Our review includes keyboard focus, screen-reader reading order, forms, colour contrast, the Future Map, charts, email frames and embedded payment controls. Automated checks cover only some accessibility barriers; manual checks are also needed. Third-party sign-in and payment screens may behave differently.
Tell us what gets in your way
Email us if a page or task is difficult to use, or if you need programme information in another format. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it. Please leave out passwords, payment details and private learner information.
